His best selling autobiography named ‘Bulldust & Dreams,' and the international success of his top rating live action television series ‘Outback Adventures with Troy Dann' sealed his place as a true Australian ambassador. These achievements paved the way for an ever growing consumer platform, and now Whip Cracking Productions (WCP) can capitalise on his high profile, branding and public image. Troy provides a platform of product delivery with a voice that people listen to, advice that is heeded, and an opinion that is highly respected within both the city corporate, outback, and Aboriginal communities. David Strachan – Advisor
David has over 20 years commercial experience in finance and banking holding various senior management and corporate finance positions. He is the principal of Strachan Business Services Pty Ltd, a company specialising in accounting and business advisory services with a range of tailored business solutions for early stage development and growth companies. David holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and a registered Tax Agent. He provides a wealth of experience in strategic planning, operational and financial performance measurement and practices, including the development of business strategies aimed at preserving and enhancing shareholder value.
Michael de Vere – Advisor
Michael de Vere is principal of de Vere Lawyers. He has extensive experience in commercial law and all aspects of creating, commercialising and protecting Intellectual Property. Michael's clients are involved in the media, advertising, entertainment and property development industries.
John Luscombe – Advisor
John moved to Australia in 1998 and shortly afterwards started up his own paving company. He has been in the property development business for 19 years and has undertaken several projects that have reflected well on his abilities including the Sydney Olympics Aquatic arena, Sydney Airport, Rivergate and the Port in Brisbane. John is a director of Smartstone Group and Oxsoils Propriety Ltd. John brings a wealth of knowledge and support to WCP. He lives on the Gold Coast with his wife Karen and in close proximity to his three children

Tex Houston – Production Manager
Tex Houston's experience in the field of media, business and public relations spans across several continents. From being a television reporter, to being the Administration and Public Relations Manager for a professional basketball team and was appointed Business Development Manager for ‘Sports Super Centre' on the Gold Coast. Tex has been highly involved in the liaising between cast and crew, script proofing and much more. Tex has become the core of the daily running of WCP, and provides imperative business support and coordination for the CEO and his team.
Nicole Marchment – Marketing Manager
Nicole has an extensive history working in all aspects of Marketing Management, Event Management, Business and Office Management and boasts an acute level of Tourism Marketing Management B2B and B2C on both a domestic and international level. With a proven history of astute market campaigning and strategic coordination, brand saturation in new markets and a positive and forward looking attitude based strongly on customer/client care, Nicole’s experiences play a vital role within the marketing of our business. With a keen interest in all aspects of media, tourism, design, market trends and public relations, Nicole’s marketing skills will allow WCP to move forward in a sustainable and marketable commercial direction with the integrity on which it prides itself.
Jo Lewis – Graphic Designer
Jo Lewis is a talented and experienced Visual Communicator. As Senior Designer of highly regarded award winning magazine Baseline International Typographics Magazine, she has worked with many top Graphic Designers worldwide and her work has reached worldwide audiences. After graduating from university with a BA (Hons) her design career has spanned many areas from magazine and book publishing, corporate identity, branding and print marketing to web design and programming. Her intellectual vigour and disciplined approach to design and continuing interest in current market trends across varied industries enables her to position WCP respectively amongst its competitors
Alexander Doctor – Production Editor
Alexander Doctor brings a wealth of production knowledge to the OA Team. Whilst at university taking a BA honors in television production design, Alex worked as a writer/researcher on the Bafta award winning series World in Action. Immediately upon finishing his degree he moved to the BBC as a producer on Kilroy and then onto Oil Factory Films, who are responsible for some of the worlds most notorious music clips. Since moving to Australia some 8 years ago Alex has worked many international productions for channels 4 and 5 in the UK, MTV & PBS in the US and channel 7, 9 and 10 in Australia. His extensive experience as a producer, editor and camera operator, provides a well rounded addition to the WCP Team.
Sean Choe – Animator
Sean Choe worked as a Systems Administrator for Clanricarde Investments and as a Digital Artist for Sensis, one of Australia’s largest media companies. With background studies in the areas of fine arts, psychology and being trained by Disney animators, he is fine-tuned to bring an extra dimension to character animation. Through Sean’s previous experience across differing fields he is able to bring a variety of talents to the production.
Naomi Nolan – Lighting/rendering TD
Naomi has an ardent love of art and the creative fields. At age eleven she began to draw and paint and found she possessed both a passion and talent for this genre. Through studies in both Information Technology and Fine Art at universities in Brisbane, and lessons in Photography at TAFE, Naomi permeated the range of disciplines of which 3D is comprised. She decided to combine her knowledge and zeal for these fields in the study of 3D animation. Having worked in the film and television industry for several years now she has worked mainly on children’s animated TV series. Her skill set ranges from modelling, through to lighting and rendering and even covers effects and compositing, making her a valuable member of the team.
